Jean REY brings more than 35 years of senior leadership across financial services, with executive and board mandates spanning more than twelve African markets. He has led market launches, business turnarounds and board-level governance roles in Mauritius and across the continent, with a consistent focus on governance, execution and growth.

Corporate finance, audit and investment products.

Terrence TCHICAYA has built his background across London, Gabon and Paris at the intersection of audit, accounting, corporate finance and investment products. Trained in International Banking and Finance and certified in corporate finance by HEC Paris, he has worked with KPMG, PwC and asset management environments, with hands-on exposure to both Francophone and international markets.

Engineering, data science and research.

Enzo DUFLOT brings an international technology profile at the intersection of engineering, artificial intelligence and research. His academic background includes a graduate program at UPenn in data science engineering & applied computer science, and he is currently pursuing a graduate program at NYU Courant focused on research in deep learning theory. He has also co-founded several fintech startups.

20+ years of operating leadership across financial services.

Andre SOROMOU DAUROT brings more than twenty years of experience across Ivory Coast, Gabon and the Middle East, including a long track record within UBA Group and BGFIBank. He has held regional leadership, business management, personal financial services and corporate/SME relationship roles, with a strong bias toward execution, client relationships and business growth.
