This policy covers the showcase available at moyafinance.com. It does not describe processing that may be introduced for a future app, account or financial service. Separate information will need to be provided before any processing related to an available product.

Data we collect

We collect the information you choose to submit and the elements needed to route and date your request. Required fields are used to receive a registration or make a response possible; other fields are optional unless the form states otherwise.

Waitlist

Email address, form language, registration source and submission date.

General, business or press inquiries

Name, email address, optional organisation, topic, message, language, source and submission date.

Investor inquiries

Name, email address, organisation, investor type, selected ticket range, country, message, language, source and submission date.

Technical data

The hosting provider may process information needed to deliver, diagnose and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser, requested URL and timestamp.

Purposes and legal bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, MOYA uses those stated below and limits each processing activity to the purpose stated when the data is collected.

Manage the waitlist

Record your request so that public information about the project can be sent to you. This processing is based on the consent expressed by voluntarily submitting the form; you can withdraw it for the future.

Respond to an inquiry

Qualify and handle a general, business, press or investor message. Processing is based on steps you request before a possible relationship, or MOYA’s legitimate interest in reviewing an incoming contact.

Operate the showcase

Deliver pages and forms, analyse an error and maintain technical availability. Processing is based on providing the website and the legitimate interest in maintaining its operation.

Meet an obligation or defend rights

Retain or disclose certain information where required by law, or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Recipients, hosting and transfers

Data is available to MOYA team members who need it to handle the request and to technical providers needed to operate the website. It may also be disclosed to an authority where required by law.

The showcase is hosted by Vercel Inc. Vercel states that its primary processing facilities are in the United States and that its subprocessors may operate in other countries. Where applicable law requires it, an international transfer must rely on a recognised mechanism and appropriate safeguards. How long data is kept

Data is not kept for one uniform period regardless of context. The applicable period is determined by the stated purpose, any deletion request you make, the end of the follow-up need and applicable legal obligations.

• A waitlist registration is kept while project information may be sent, until you withdraw or until that purpose ends.
• An inquiry is kept while it is handled, then only for the period useful for reasonable follow-up or the defence of rights.
• Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s settings and should be kept only for the period needed for operation, diagnosis and abuse prevention.
• At the end of the applicable period, data should be deleted or made anonymous unless a contrary retention duty applies.

Cookies and similar technologies

As of this version, the showcase does not integrate advertising tools, marketing pixels or audience-measurement services. This is why no consent banner for non-essential trackers is displayed.

The infrastructure may use mechanisms that are strictly necessary to deliver, keep available or protect the website. If MOYA later adds a non-essential tracker, this policy will be updated and a choice will be offered before it is used where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live and the basis for processing, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You may also have rights to object, to data portability and to withdraw consent without retroactively affecting processing that was already lawful.

To exercise a right, use the general inquiry form with the email address concerned and describe your request precisely. MOYA may ask for proportionate identity verification where necessary. A response will be provided within the period required by applicable law.

You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority responsible for your place of residence, place of work or the place of an alleged infringement, where this right is available to you.

Protection, automated decisions and children

MOYA limits access to data to handling needs and asks its providers to apply measures appropriate to their services. No online service can guarantee zero risk, so use only the intended fields and do not submit confidential documents.

Data submitted through this showcase is not used to make a solely automated decision that produces a legal effect, or to build a financial profile. It is not used to train the MOYA Assistant concept presented on the website.

The showcase and its forms are intended for people with the capacity needed to make their request. If you believe a child submitted data without appropriate authorisation, contact MOYA so the situation can be reviewed.
