MOYA’s status and the website’s scope

MOYA is presented here as a product in development. The showcase describes product directions and opens a waitlist; it announces no active service, licence, partner, launch schedule, launch market or launch currency.

The website does not let you open an account, make a payment, issue a card, transfer funds or enter into a financial service agreement. Future access to a product, if one becomes available, may depend on eligibility criteria, checks and separate terms.

No offer or advice

Information published on the website is general. It is not a banking or payment offer, a solicitation involving a financial instrument, or financial, legal, tax or accounting advice.

You should not make a financial or legal decision based only on this showcase. Where your situation requires it, consult a qualified professional and verify relevant information with official sources.

Waitlist and forms

Joining the waitlist records an interest in receiving public information about the project. It does not create an account, reserve a product or guarantee an invitation, access or future availability.

When submitting an inquiry, you must provide accurate, lawful and relevant information, have the right to disclose it and not impersonate someone else. MOYA may choose not to answer a message that is incomplete, abusive, clearly automated or unrelated to the website.

Demonstration interfaces and data

Screens, balances, activity, labels and scenarios illustrate a design direction in development. They do not represent a real account, an executed transaction, pricing, an exchange rate, a delivery time, a card network or a commercial commitment.

The scope, name, appearance and operation of any future version may differ from what the showcase displays.

Permitted and prohibited use

MOYA grants you a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable right to browse the website and use its forms for their intended purpose.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems, its data or those of a provider.
• Do not disrupt the website, circumvent its protections or introduce malicious code.
• Do not use the forms for spam, fraud, illegal activity, harassment or content that infringes another person’s rights.

• Do not present MOYA, its brand or its content as an endorsement, partnership, licence or authorisation that has not been confirmed.

Intellectual property

The MOYA name, mark, wordmark, text, compositions, visuals and interfaces published on the website are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Browsing the website does not transfer any intellectual property right.

Assets offered in the press kit may be downloaded for editorial use consistent with their purpose. Any other reproduction, modification or commercial exploitation requires prior permission.

Any link to a third-party website is provided for information. MOYA does not control that website, its content, availability or privacy practices; review its own terms before using it.

MOYA may correct, change, move or remove showcase content, a form or a feature. The website may also be interrupted for maintenance, an incident or a technical change. Continuous availability is not promised.

Accuracy, warranties and liability

MOYA aims to present clear and current content, but the showcase is provided in its current state and may contain an error or information that has become outdated. Product-related material remains forward-looking until confirmed in separate service terms.

To the extent permitted by law, MOYA is not responsible for a decision made solely on the basis of illustrative content, damage caused by prohibited use of the website, or a service operated by a third party. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
